- Continuing investment in building more new plants and expand business operations across the country.

- Continuing to implement and apply the management system ISO; GLOBAL GAP for its activities. Ensure product quality and food safety, safety work, environmental standard.

- Increasing investment in research and development, key factors for unique innovation and improvement product.

- Development LAREAL Vietnam – Labolatory in feed and food analysis to become reliable reference in Vietnam and others countries in the region.

- Training and development of human resources to meet furture needs.
